Course completion by participant

Updated by Lucie Heroudkova

An authorized employee will enroll you in the course.

After enrolling, you will receive an email notification inviting you to take the course.

A request is also created for you in the system.

  1. Use the link in the email or request to open the course details. You can also view the course directly on your profile in the E-learning tab.
In the course details you will find:
    1 - Course title
2 - Course description - what you will learn in the course.
3 - Course overview - information about when you were enrolled, your deadline for completion, whether you have completed the course, and the points earned so far.
    4 - List of chapters.
5 - Information about completing individual chapters - Status (whether you have completed the chapter), possible Completion date and Score (points earned in the chapter).
6 - Open chapter to enter the relevant chapter.
You must complete the chapters in the specified order. The next chapter will only be accessible after the current chapter has been successfully completed.
  2. In the course details, click the Open chapter button to enter the relevant chapter and you can start studying.
In the chapter you will find:
    1 - Course title .
    2 - Chapter description .
3 - Chapter content . The content consists of the study materials that you are supposed to master in this chapter. They can be various texts, images or videos. Under each material you can see whether you have already studied it and confirmed its viewing. The content is arranged in a recommended sequence, but you do not have to follow it - you can view the materials in any order. However, to complete the chapter, it is necessary to confirm viewing of all parts of the content.
You can find everything you might encounter while browsing the content in a separate chapter.
4 - Chapter overview - here you can see where you are in the course (chapter marked with a pencil), what is still waiting for you (chapter with a lock), or what you have already completed (chapter checked off).
  3. Once you confirm that you have reviewed all parts of the content, you will be able to take the Chapter test , which is designed to test your knowledge of a specific chapter.

Don't be alarmed if the test doesn't appear. Not every chapter contains a test.
In this case, information about the completion of the chapter will only be displayed at the top of the chapter, and the current chapter will turn green in the chapter overview.
