Approval and closing of the evaluation by the manager – Final phase

  1. If your subordinate has submitted an evaluation with revised goals for approval, you will receive an email notification and a request in the system asking you to confirm the evaluation.
  2. If there are discrepancies in the evaluation, you can return it to your subordinate for revision.
    Proceed similarly to approving an evaluation in the initial phase, see Manager approval of evaluation – ​​Initial phase.
  3. If the employee's evaluation is correct, record the percentage of goal achievement from your perspective in the evaluation.
  4. Answer your questions.
  5. Close the completed evaluation by clicking the Approve and Close button.

  1. A closed evaluation has a stage of Closed and a status of Approved.
