Ongoing evaluation by employee/manager – Ongoing phase

After the evaluation is approved by the manager, the ongoing phase begins.

During this phase, both the employee and the manager:

  • continuously record the percentage of achievement of set goals
  • answer questions of the intermediate phase
  • post comments

Recording ongoing goal achievement – ​​procedure

The procedure is the same for both the employee and the manager.

  1. Open the evaluation (from the Evaluations tab on the employee's profile).
  2. For a specific goal, click the Edit score button. The employee can make adjustments in the Employee evaluation column, and the manager can make adjustments in the Manager evaluation column.

  1. In the window that appears, record the current status of the specific goal as a percentage. You can use the slider or enter a number. Save by clicking the Edit button.

  1. The ongoing achievement of goals, calculated according to individual weights, is displayed graphically in the middle part of the evaluation form.
