Settings > Access levels > Permissions tab > E-learning - display and enrollment .

Here you can set the visibility of the course overview and the permissions to create, edit, or delete courses.
E-learning - display and recording
Here you can set permissions for enrolling employees in courses and managing the visibility of their enrolled courses.
Use the red switches to enable employee enrollment in courses and to manage or delete enrollments:

The green switch determines whether the E-learning tab is visible on the employee’s profile and whether their enrolled courses are displayed there. This permission is typically used for regular employees who complete assigned courses.
The blue switches control the visibility of the overview of employees enrolled in each course. This permission also allows viewing of E-learning courses directly on employee profiles. If you enable the View (By access) switch, you will only see enrollments for employees whose profiles you can access (e.g., your direct reports).
