How to work with internal regulations
Internal regulations and guidelines are an integral part of company documentation.
These are documents that employees need to know in order to perform their work in accordance with internal regulations.
in accordance with the rules of the organization and with legal regulations.
In addition, the Labor Code explicitly requires that employees be demonstrably familiar with certain types of documents.
What is the module used for?
The module is designed to record and manage any document that employees are required to familiarize themselves with - whether based on legislation or an internal decision.
Typically, this involves:
- operational or organizational rules
- codes of ethics and principles of conduct
- internal methodologies
- GDPR and security rules
The targeting is entirely up to you – documents can be assigned to specific individuals, groups or positions, ensuring that each employee has access to the regulations that apply to them.
What is recorded and monitored in the module?
The system automatically registers for you:
- who the document is assigned to
- whether and when the employee became familiar with the document
- document status (active, ready to activate, deactivated)
Thanks to this, you always have an overview of who has not yet opened the document, who has only read it, and who has confirmed reading it. You can generate an export to Excel directly in the system at any time.
