Permissions for the Internal Regulations module
Only users with the Manage Internal Regulations permission can access the Internal Regulations module.
Users who have the Show switch turned on:
Mine
- the user only sees the internal regulations assigned to them on his card
- the user does not see Internal regulations under the HR tab
By approach
- the user sees Internal regulations under the HR tab
- they only see the Employee overview tab, where they see only their internal regulations
- they do not see the Regulation content column
All
- the user sees Internal regulations under the HR tab
- they only see the Employee overview tab, where they see all internal regulations for all employees
- they do not see the Regulation content column
If the "Preview as..." function is used to view regulations for review, the button to confirm review is always inactive; it is not possible to approve review of the regulation on behalf of someone else..
