Supplementing the evaluation by the employee – Initial phase

You submitted an evaluation for approval and your manager found discrepancies in it.

That is why your manager asked you to revise the evaluation.

  1. You received an email notification that your review was returned for revision, along with a request containing a comment explaining the reason for the return. Open the review form using the link in the email or the request.
  2. Review your goals and answers based on your manager's comments and update the evaluation. Proceed similarly to completing a new evaluation; see Employee completion of evaluation - Initial phase.
  3. You can add a comment.
  4. Use the Send to manager button to resend the corrected evaluation to your manager for approval.
  5. When sending, the system checks whether the sum of the goal weights is equal to 100% and whether all mandatory questions are answered. If any part is not filled in, the system notifies you of the deficiency and marks the missing part with an exclamation mark icon on the relevant tab.
  6. After submission for approval, the evaluation enters the Initial phase with the status Completing by manager.
