Displaying a public field on an employee profile
The public field on an employee's profile will appear on:
- The Employee's card
- The My team view
1. Employee card
The public field on the employee card will be visible to users who do not have access to detail.
2. My team
If the user has access to the My team section, they will also see the public field in the user's Preview.
If there is no public Custom field in the system, or if there is one but it is not filled in for the selected employee, the Public data section will not be displayed at all. This applies to the display of the public field on the employee card, as well as in the My team view.
