How training works at Pinya HR
Training is an integral part of people management - whether it's mandatory health and safety training, fire protection or employee development.
The Training module in Pinya HR allows you to easily plan, manage and keep track of these trainings.
Who has completed which trainings and which are still pending.
What is the module used for?
The module can record regular and extraordinary training (e.g. OHS, PO, professional courses).
It helps you:
- track planned and completed training sessions
- warn about approaching training expiration
- filter employees by completed training
Training can be assigned to individual employees and groups as needed.
