Authorizations for the Bonuses and Deductions module
By default, only administrators have access to the Bonuses and Deductions module.
They can set permissions for other levels in the Settings > Access levels > Permissions > Bonuses and deductions module.
Switch on:
Mine
- The user only sees their bonuses/deductions on their card, and only in the Approved and Closed status
By access
- The user sees Bonuses and Deductions under the HR tab
- They see their own bonuses/deductions and those of their subordinates (or approved ones). They only see their own bonuses in the Approved and Closed statuses.
- They can’t add or import bonuses/deductions.
- They also see the Waiting for my approval tab and have the Approve and Reject buttons available.
This authorization is suitable for the position of manager, top manager and operations director.
All
- The user sees all bonuses/deductions (in all statuses) on the Overview tab
- Sees the Waiting for my approval tab and has the approve and reject buttons available
Add
- In combination with By access, the user can add and import bonuses/deductions (including regular ones) for their subordinates (approved ones) but cannot enter them for themselves.
- In combination with All, the user can add and import bonuses/deductions for everyone (including themselves) but cannot submit bonuses/deductions for approval or close them.
Edit
- The user can submit bonuses/deductions for approval or close them.
- In combination with By access, the user can edit bonuses/deductions (including regular ones) for their subordinates (approved ones) but cannot edit them for themselves.
- In combination All can adjust bonuses/deductions for everyone (including themselves)
Delete
- In combination with By access , the user can delete bonuses/deductions (including regular ones) for their subordinates (approved ones) but cannot delete them for themselves.
- In combination with All, the user can delete bonuses/deductions for everyone (including themselves).
