Evaluation - the employee is responsible and then the manager
A scenario in which the employee responds first and then their manager.
1. Template settings
Add questions to the template for both the employee and their manager:
- For employees - on the Question form, fill in the required fields. In the Who is responding field, select Employee. Then save the form.

- For a manager - on the Question form, fill in the required fields. In the Who is responding field, select Manager. The Visible to employees checkbox may or may not be checked. Then save the form.

2. Evaluation process
- The employee to whom the evaluation has been added will receive a notification at their email address containing a link that will redirect them to the evaluations page.

- Here, on the Employee Questions tab, the employee answers the questions. If they click the Save draft answers button, they can return to the evaluation at any time and edit or add to it. The review phase is still Open, but the status has changed to Completed by manager.

- On the Questions for Manager tab, the employee sees questions for their manager, but does not have the option to edit them. If the Visible to Employees checkbox is not checked in the template settings on the Question form, this tab will remain empty.
- On the Comments tab, they can add a comment or add a top comment, meaning it will always appear first.
- On the History tab, the system automatically records all actions related to the given evaluation.
- Once the employee has completed the entire questionnaire, they click the Send to Manager button. A notification will appear that still needs to be confirmed.
- The review phase is still Open , but the status has changed to Manager Completing.
- The manager will receive an email notification containing a link that will redirect them to the evaluation page.

- At the same time, a request for the manager to complete the evaluation is automatically created. Clicking the Detail button opens the request details.

If they click the Evaluations button in the request details, they will be automatically redirected to the evaluations page.

- Here, on the Questions for Employees tab, the manager can see how the employee answered, but has no way of interfering with them.
- On the Questions for the Manager tab, they answer the questions. If they click the Save In-Progress Answers button, they can return to the evaluation at any time and edit or add to it. The employee to whom the evaluation applies can also see these questions and the answers to them.

- On the Comments tab, they can add a comment or they can add a top comment , meaning it will always appear first.
- On the History tab, the system automatically records all actions related to the given evaluation.
- The manager has a choice of 2 options:
- Approve the evaluation - if the manager clicks the Approve button, a notification will appear that still needs to be confirmed. The evaluation is in the Closed phase and in the Completed status.
- Return the evaluation for completion - if the manager clicks the Return for completion button, a window will appear with the option to comment on the reason why revision is necessary. The evaluation is still in the Open phase, but the status has changed to Returned for revision. The employee will receive a notification that the manager is returning the evaluation to them for completion. After the employee completes the necessary information, they resend the evaluation to the manager. The manager will receive another notification. And if everything is in order, the manager will approve the evaluation. The evaluation status will change to Completed and the phase to Closed.
