Introduction to ORG structure

Updated by Dana

What is organizational structure?

An organizational structure is a clear visual representation of how a company is organized.

It shows the hierarchical distribution of positions - who is at what level of management, who reports to whom, and how individual roles, teams, and departments are related.

In the organizational structure diagram, individual positions and their mutual relationships can be clearly seen.

Typically, it includes the entire organization of the company, from top management to individual teams and their members.

What is the module used for?

The organizational structure module provides a clear visual representation of a company's hierarchy and allows you to quickly understand how a company is organized.

Thanks to it, you can easily find out:

  • who is superior to whom,
  • how roles and responsibilities are divided in the company,
  • how teams are connected,
  • what job positions exist and who is represented in them,
  • who belongs to each department.

Where can you find the organizational structure?

You can find the organizational structure in the main navigation menu on the Employees > Organizational structure tab.
