Scheduled publication of surveys

Updated by Zdeňka Dvořáková

For each survey , you have the option to create a scheduled publication of the survey or to activate it manually.

Before publishing the survey, make sure it is fully prepared according to your requirements. Once the survey is published, you will no longer be able to edit its content or questions.

You can, however, still edit the survey’s scheduled publication.

After saving the basic survey configuration for the first time, a tab will appear allowing you to schedule its publication.

You can find the basic configuration in the chapter " Creating a new survey and configuring it " .

You need to toggle the "Enable scheduled publishing" switch to enable scheduling.

The scheduling options will then appear.

You have two options for scheduling publishing:

1. Calculated deadline

2. Fixed deadline

Use the calculated date option if you want the survey to be automatically published repeatedly after a specific event .

For example, after each probation period ends or on work anniversaries.

Under "Calculated date" , specify how many days before or after the event the survey should be published .

For example, 10 days before the end of the trial period.

1. Calculated deadline

Use a fixed date if you want to prepare the survey in advance and publish it on a specific date .

If you select “ Fixed deadline ” , the fields for “Calculated deadline” will be disabled.

2. Fixed deadline

Next, choose the target audience — either all employees or a specific group.

For example, a job position, department, center, etc.

Finally , you can set how many days from publication the employee has to complete the survey.

Then save the configured survey.

You can disable scheduled publication of the survey at any time using the switch.
