Request form configuration
In the custom fields on the employee profile, you can record various data that are important for medical examinations.
Typically, this is, for example, the category of work in terms of health risks. When generating/sending a request for medical, this information is used as part of the process.
You can view this data during the inspection (in the Employee section, click the Show/hide data button).
You define which fields are displayed here in the Request form config .
