Single-phase evaluation scenarios

Updated by Dana

A single-phase evaluation is an evaluation that does not go through any stages, i.e. it is closed immediately after the evaluation.

The phase therefore only takes the values Open and Closed .

In a single-phase evaluation, goals are not set.

Such an evaluation can take several forms (scenarios), namely:

  1. Sequential
    1. only the employee is responsible
    2. only the supervisor is responsible and the employee can see it
    3. only the supervisor is responsible and the employee does not see it
    4. the employee is responsible first, and then the supervisor
  2. Parallel
    1. the employee and the supervisor are responsible in parallel

To set up a template for a single-stage assessment, see the article Creating a new template .
