Exporting responses

Updated by Zdeňka Dvořáková

To analyze the surveys, you can export the answers directly to an Excel file .

from a single survey or across all surveys

You can export data from multiple locations:

1. After opening the Surveys tile

2. From the Respondents tab

1. After clicking the tile, you can export all responses from that survey’s respondents.

The export includes questions, all respondent answers, status (Completed/Not completed), publication date, due date, and completion date.

2. From the Respondents tab, you can export responses from all surveys and all respondents .

You can apply filters (e.g., by position or department). Only the filtered data will be exported. If you want to export all responses, make sure to remove any filters first.

The exported Excel file contains two sheets:

1. The first sheet lists respondent names, survey title, status, publication date, due date, and completion date.

2. The second sheet includes all responses: respondent names, questions, answers, survey titles, publication dates, due dates, and completion dates.
