HR Dashboards module permissions
By default, only administrators have access to the HR Dashboards module.
They can set permissions for other levels in the Settings > Access levels > Permissions > module menu.

A user with permission to the HR Dashboards module has access to all available dashboards, charts, and data and can click through to tables.
Permission restrictions for individual groups are not taken into account in this setting - access is always complete.
