Creation of a new type of medical examination

You can manage medical examinations in the Medical examination types panel (Fig. 1).

Click the Add Type button to create a new tour template.

Add the medical examination template by filling in all the required information (Fig. 2).

  • Choose the category of the given tour. You can create this category in advance in the codebook management. (instructions here )
  • If the inspection is periodic, enter its monthly period.
  • If the monthly period is different for employees of a certain age category, enter the applicable age.
  • Choose which person will be sent a notification about the expiration of the visit.
  • Select an email invitation template. You can set this in advance in the main system settings in the Report template section (Fig. 3).
